Clariant Masterbatches (Holden, Mass.) and Ingenia Polymers (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) have announced a NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) region marketing alliance that will provide the film, packaging, and construction sectors with an expanded line of high-volume concentrates, including white and custom colors. The agreement is based on the companies' complementary ranges of products and markets and the sharing of strategic business direction, says Clariant.

PlastiComp will hold exclusive global marketing rights for Woodshed's D-LFT process; in addition to selling the technology and know-how, it will offer strategic consulting services on its uses in thermoplastic parts manufacturing.
